It's a great casino but because of the smoke I actually left about 4 hours earlier than planned (luckily with a few extra bucks in my pocket) but it's doubtful I will return. I know that this casino draws heavily from Ohio and I think they are going to feel some real competition when all four of the NO SMOKING casinos open in Ohio starting in mid-2012. Even the 'non-smoking' machines contained half-filled ashtray, people openly smoking and a very strong order of stale smoke. Either the ventilation system (or smoke handlers) weren't working properly or are inadequate for a facility of this size. Will not be returning EVER Date of experience: July 2023. Hotel and casino staff are rude and not friendly in the slightest. The property boasts 295 luxurious smoking and nonsmoking rooms in a location just 15 miles from Cincinnati and the Northern Kentucky Airport. The employees I dealt with were personable, professional and efficient. The casino is beautiful, clean and very well maintained with a great easy access covered garage.
